I had a family reunion in December 2023 and thought it was the perfect opportunity for me to get my very first tattoo in the Philippines. I chose the quote L’essentiel est invisible pour les yeux along with an outline of the Fox from my favourite book, ‘The Little Prince’.
This online space embodies the essence of the quote. It reflects the immaterial things that are important to me—connections, experiences, and the effort to understand the anxious and awkward person that I am who’s just trying to persevere.
